Cancellation Policy for Jacksonville Limo Service

At Jacksonville Limo Service, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and flexibility. We understand that plans can change, and we wish to accommodate such changes to the best of our abilities. Below is our cancellation policy, which outlines the terms under which cancellations and modifications to bookings are handled.

General Cancellation
  1. Free Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking without any charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost will be charged. 12/hrs before the scheduled pick up time, a full fee of the reservation will be charged.
  3. No-Show: In cases where the client does not show up for the scheduled pickup without any prior cancellation notice, the full booking amount will be charged.
Modifications to Bookings
  1. Changes to Date/Time: Clients can request changes to their booking date and time, subject to availability, up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any additional cost.
  2. Vehicle Upgrade/Downgrade: Any requests for changes in the type of vehicle must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Additional charges or refunds will apply according to the vehicle class difference.
Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays/cancellations, can affect your travel plans. Please inform us as soon as possible in such cases. We will do our best to accommodate changes without additional charges, subject to availability.

Refunds
  • Refunds for cancellations within the policy terms will be processed within one business days.
  • Late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
